The Secrets to Looking Slimmer
Everyone wants to have that slim, beautiful body, but unfortunately it doesn't always happen that way. Weather we don't have time for the gym, or we just basically get lazy, sometimes fitness isn't always at the top of our list (even if we think about it all the time!). So here are some secrets to not being slimmer, but at least looking slimmer!
Wear Monochromatic Colors
Staying away from patterns and an array of different colors is a good idea because you don't draw so much attention to your problem areas. So try wearing no more than two colors at a time.
Stay Away From Baggy Clothes
Baggy clothes don't hide your imperfections, they make them stand out! The best thing you can do is wear clothes that fit you. Not ones that are baggy, but not ones that are too tight either.
Wear Accessories
Again, accessories draw attention from any problem areas. So try stacking up somebangles on your arms, a long pair of necklaces, or just a sparkling brooch.
Wear a Lower Waistline
Choose pants that have lower waistlines. Make sure they have a flat front and no pleats, as that will make you look bigger. The lower waistline helps elongate your legs. Make sure the pants are long enough and they don’t cut off at the ankle.
Belt Mania
Wearing belts can give you longer legs, if you know how to wear them. Position it lower on your hips.
You Can Wear Skinny Jeans as Well as Bellbottoms
You can actually still wear skinny jeans as long as you pair them with a voluminous top or a long blazer. Make sure to add some sexy hells. Bellbottoms are best worn with a fitted top.
Woman Fashion
Woman fashion is not just about wearing woman fashion clothing. It is something that you can associate yourself with. Your urban woman fashion style should go in consistency with fashion trend and your personality. Your body frame, skin tone, comfort level and personal attitude are some factors that determine your fashion statement.

Fashion tips for women: -

Body frame:
If you are plump, avoid sleeveless cuts. Wear dark colors rather than going in for lighter shades and if you wish to wear lighter shades then prefer dull colors like instead of sky blue go in for dull blue or dirty blue. Small prints and vertical line prints give a slimmer look. Heavy built should avoid cotton sarees and Kota sarees and should instead attire oneself in Chiffon and Georgette sarees.

If you have a medium structure, you should choose beige and fawn colors. With this kind of constitution, you can dress yourself in georgette saree or satin. In case of blouses, prefer nets, as they are a great help in disguising physical flaws. If you are thin, you can carry off well in all colors. The entire range of beautiful shades will suit you. Sleeveless, deep cuts and strapped blouses can also be worn.

Skin tone:
If your complexion is fair, gold with a blend of copper would look wonderful. If you are medium/ wheatish colored, go in for mixed shades of white, beige and bronzy golden. Dark skin toned should wrap up themselves with goldenish copper shades.

Comfort level and personal attitude
Your comfort level becomes an equally important determinant in deciding your style. If you do not feel very comfortable wearing western outfits but at the same time want to maintain a smart cosmopolitan look, Indo western style would add on charm to your personality. If you are shy introvert types, then you can carry yourself better in a sari with boat necked or square necked blouses. If you are bold and outspoken type, you can choose to pick up sleeveless, deep-necked blouses or may be with straps.

So, whether you go in for hip-hop style or classic style fashion, it should coincide with your personality.

Indian wedding is an auspicious occasion when the outfits of the bride demands keen attention, careful planning, and right choice because it is the most special day of her life. Today, the brides have a wide variety of wedding dress to choose from like the lehngas, saris, ghara and choli. Lehengas are available in various styles like traditional wedding lehengas, designer wedding lehngas, and simple lehengas for the pre weddind ceremonies. The brides wear wedding Lehengas on the wedding day. Different options are available nowadays to choose from like the wedding lehngas, wedding lehenga choli, designer wedding lehngas, and traditional wedding lehngas. Lehenga is one of the ancient dresses in which India holds a supremacy. In different parts of India, brides wear different kinds of clothes, ornaments, and adornments. A Punjabi bride would wear a salwar-kameez, and a Maharashtrian bride would wear a nine-yard saree and a Rajasthani bride would wear a lehenga. The lehenga-choli is mainly the traditional Rajasthan and Gujarat wear. Lehengas are of rich colors, which signify festivity and fertility and richness.

Choosing the right color lehengas is very important for fair complexion you can go for almost all the colors. But you will look best in light colors and pastel shades. Colors like peach, lilac, pink, sky blue, sea green and medium range blues etc. are all good choices. Avoid dark colors. For evening occasions you can opt for deep navy and sapphire blue with silver accents. For morning you can try gold and copper colors. If you are very fair, avoid very pale or pastel colors, for they can wash out fair skin. Colors like ruby red, bright orange, rust, turquoise and navy blue were made for you. The basic black and white colors are always suitable. For Dusky skin you can wear bright colors. Sunshine yellow, bright orange, red, magenta and bright blue should look great on you.
To have a perfect make up it is important to have a good skin. Make-up starts with great skin. So to look great on the wedding day it is important to take care of certain things before the wedding ceremony. Here's a list of things you should consider and avoid during the pre wedding days:
  • Avoid food or any substances that could give you oily skin, swelling and irritation. Try to avoid spicy, deep fried and junk food. It is better to avoid red meat, alcohol, and caffeine.
  • Drink around 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. If you can drink more as it will keep you hydrated and flush out the toxins from the body. And it is very important to drink water to have a glowing skin.
  • Exfoliate your skin with a manual exfoliator the day before your wedding Go for an eyebrow shaping to a professional prior to the wedding day. Good shaped eyebrow is necessary because they frame the eyes.
  • If you want to use hair color refresh your hair color a week before the wedding. Spend a day at the spa to de-stress your self.
  • Remove all makeup the night before your wedding. Put lip moisturizer or Vaseline on your lips to avoid dry lips. Your face should be properly washed and clean before you start your make up on the wedding day.
  • Bridal make up should be such that it looks beautiful and sober and not overdone.
Make-up Guide
First wash your face properly than use a light moisturizer to smoothen your skin. Select a concealer of a lighter color shadow areas of the face around the eyes and nose. Then gently apply and blend it all over the face and under the neck an oil free foundation, which will last throughout a long and hot day. Try and choose a color tone, which is slightly lighter than your skin tone but never for white. Matte foundation is best suited for Indian skin tone. It gives a natural effect. To get rid of blemishes touch up your face with a concealer. Apply translucent powder and spread evenly all over the face to get that matte effect. Proper make up should be applied to the forehead, nose and chin. The eye make up is very important so proper care should be taken for eye make-up. Use a brown tone eye shadow for softness and white makeup to lift. Use a thin line of white eyeliner on the eyelid, to highlight the eyes. Finish the line with black eyeliner and add a little black eye shadow under the eye. To highlight your lashes use black mascara. To have a detailed look brush eyebrows and apply a brown eyebrow pencil. Use a good quality lipstick, which will last. The color of your lipstick should match your dress.

Today's make up trends are mainly glossy and shimmering. Girls go for glitter and gloss. Proper and accurate make-up matching the skin tone can really make someone very attractive, beautiful and elegant. So if you are going to parlor for make up than you can opt for the following make up.
  • Special waterproof makeup for monsoon wedding
  • Face makeup
  • Eye makeup
  • Special effects makeup
  • Eyes makeup
  • Lips makeup
  • Special party makeup for various pre-wedding functions
  • Special wedding makeup
So go for that special makeup that will make you special on the most important day of your life. But keep in mind that your make should match your hairstyle and dress and it should be simple and elegant. It should not look overdone.

So You Want an Emo Hairstyle?

A wise choice of haircut- I think it'll look fabulous!

Okay, firstly let's focus on your face shape.

It you have a longer face, and a squared jaw, then you'd suit the hair being as long as it is in those pictures. However, if you have more of a round face then I suggest going slightly shorter at the back to counter-balance the long fringe. For example, this pic.

Find out what hairdressers you will be using (I use Toni And Guy as they do 'emo/scene' styles really well) and go and talk to one of the hairdressers that'll cut your hair for you. Explain to them what they think is best for you hair, whether the style will suit you etc. Print off the photographs and show them. Doing this will let your hairdresser know exactly what you want it like- but do bear in mind, these hairstyles are high maintenance and it'll cost a fortune on hair products.

Now, for the descriptive part.

You'll need your hair reasonably long before you get your hair cut, so you can have the shape 'cut in'. From the pictures, your hairstylist will be able to get a good idea of what they'll be doing. A sweeping, choppy fringe across one side is important. Remember to tell them to keep one side longer and shorter as you go across, so you get that 'flicked' look. Keep it longer along the sides and at the back, razoring layers into it. Then, at the crown of the head, the hair should be cut really short so it can be 'spiked up' with wax or gel.

Have a go with some colour if you're feeling brave- white blonde highlights, a creamy blue or perhaps even pink or orange if you're really going for it. Get them sliced in under your sweeping fringe and at the nape of your neck. There are a few links at the end of my post which suggest some good colours which would work well with that haircut. Take a look.

If you need any styling tips after you get your hair cut, send a message to Demixxdinosaur from Yahoo Anwser and she'd love to help you guys. His boyfriend has exactly the same haircut and she does his hair often and watch him style it all of the time.
