Sarah Jessica Parker born March 25, 1965 is an American film, television and theatre actress, and producer. She is best known for her leading role as Carrie Bradshaw on the HBO television series Sex and the City, for which she won four Golden Globe Awards, three Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Emmy Awards. She played the same role in the 2008 feature film version of the show, Sex and the City: The Movie and its sequel, Sex and the City 2, scheduled to open on May 28, 2010.



Sarah Jessica Parker is ‘shocked and overcome with grief’ at the tragic death of her British designer friend Alexander McQueen. Parker released a statement Thursday detailing her grief at her friend’s death at the age of just forty, “ I am shocked and overcome with grief upon learning about the untimely death of the quiet genius Alexander McQueen.



“His independence, his skill, his quiet fortitude, his devotion, his love of his work, family and friends will be an unthinkable loss. “And the vigilance with which he protected his work and those he loved was both incredibly powerful and quietly heart rending. “In my brief but honored time spent with him I learned he would never let even the tiniest and seemingly inconsequential detail be unfinished.

Ruben Studdard American Idol

Ruben Studdard born on 12th September 1978, best known as Ruben Studdard, is an American pop, and gospel singer. He rose to fame as winner of the second season of American Idol. He received a Grammy Award nomination in December 2003 for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance for “Superstar.”

The tour is scheduled to begin November 17, 2008 in Atlanta, GA and end May 14, 2009 in Syracuse.

Didi Benami got eliminated from “American Idol” 9 in round 6 tonight. Ryan Seacrest kicked off the show by introducing the judges and contestants. Then “American Idol” season 2 winner Ruben Studdard performed his new song entitled, ” Don’t Make ‘Em Like U No More.” Afterwards, he talked with Ryan for a little bit to lead into the first break. After the first break, they showed another Ford music video that the “American Idol”


Jimmy Ruffin was hit by 1966, pretty rough for Didi Benami. It didn't suit her voice one bit and while we admire her choosing something that means something to her, she should probably pack her bags.

Didi Benami was born Vered Benami in New York, New York. She is 23 years old and currently resides in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is most-known for her place on the very popular talent show American Idol Season Nine. She was given the nickname Didi by her sister. Benami began singing at church and in school musicals. She also performed singing the national anthem at various events. During high school, she moved out into her own apartment and worked as a waitress. Didi graduated from West High School. She auditioned for American Idol inspired by her college friend who lost her life in a car accident back in 2005. They attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.

This week was R&B soul week with no one who knows soul better, than the very sexy and smooth singing sensation, Usher! However, Didi’s last night performance obviously did not compare nor did she win over the judges by any means. The American Idol contestant chose a poor song choice “What Becomes of the Brokenhearted” which sounded utterly over-dramatic and totally worn. Even the judges referred her to “old-fashioned and off-key”. Sweet and caring Kara DioGuardi shocked me when she told Didi that “It’s over.
