Luxury House in Australia by Metier 3

Andrew Norbury of Australian architecture studio Metier 3, has designed this luxury house. The residence is perfect for contemporary family with modern architecture, spacious interiors and luxury furnishings. The first floor consists of living and dining area, marble kitchen, powder room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home also has a garage for two cars. The second floor holds a spacious bedroom with built-in-wardrobe. Outside in the garden, the guests can enjoy a nice pool, bar and lounge seatings.
Expressing the themes of water and floating, the design of the house combines wave – like structures, raised platforms and zen – like elements such as carrara marble. Skylights, glass wall panels and roomy windows made out of energy efficient low–E glass guarantee an abundance of natural light – further increasing the environmentally sustainable nature of this modern house.
